Job Description
Responsibilities include the following:
  • Candidate must have several years of experience in assisting clients to improve revenue cycle operations through technology and process improvement
·Develop client proposals and deliver client presentations ·Evaluation, process redesign and implementation of health care business office functions, including admissions/registration, billing and collections ·Analyze client issues and developing potential solutions for client issues ·Responsible for quality of client deliverables and quality of the work that the PwC team is delivering ·Perform client interviews at the senior management level or for selected areas for operations review as necessary ·Analyze client issues and develop potential solutions for client issues ·Develop findings and recommendations for reports as required ·Manage large, multi-phased engagements that may include both PwC staff and client members ·Contribute to the knowledge base of the operations practice by development of marketing(product) tools, standard workplans, engagement tools, etc ·Responsible for managing client relationships at a senior level on an engagement ·Responsible for selling new and/or add-on client engagements
