Recently we have internally developed a set of web based analysis and visibility tools that allow us unprecedented automation and control of both Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes. The Structural Test Manager will overlook and manage the entire test deparrtment. This person must be a very strong, experienced individual in the field, with years of experience using the test platforms listed below.

Duties:

  • Develop a strong synergistic approach to provide effective test strategies based on complexity of products and customer requirements so as to be able to effectively utilize all available test platforms.

  • Analyze existing work flows within the sub groups and optimize for efficiency.

  • Implement performance measures and metrics for the effective management of the groups.

  • Ensure that there is effective communication between the test team and all other functional groups.

  • Measure performance to schedule and effectively communicate to all team members any changes to the schedule.

  • Ensure that the development of programs and ordering of tooling is done in a timely manner taking into account the SMT and Ship schedules.

  • Represent Proworks in customer interactions for all matters relating to structural test.

  • Respond to customers on all queries regarding structural test in a timely and comprehensive manner.

  • Provide strong leadership and an effective objective oriented management to the structural test group.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in the following test platform:
    • Automated Optical Inspection
    • 5Dx Automated X-Ray Inspection
    • Flying Probe Test
    • Integrated In-Circuit Test
    • JTAG and Boundary Scan (ICT and Stand Alone)
  • Experience in the field of Contract Manufacturing preferred
  • 3 - 5 year experience a in management role
