Lead plant safety in developing and implementing strategies and
management systems to promote a safety culture where "No One Gets Hurt"


Achieve and maintain compliance with government, corporate, and legal
requirements.


Drive cultural change through programs that engage associates. (RIA,

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
Oral and written communication skills
Work With Associates at Different Levels
OSHA Health and Safety Regulations
Influence skills
Bachelors in Safety /Industrial Hyg pref
Management or staff position
Governmental practices and policies
Adult learning practices
Develop, organize, and direct programs
Ability to Sell ideas
