Relocation may not be required and the key to the success here is a motivated, client focused candidate with the ability to build and expand relationships. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to make between $50,000 and $150,000 the first year and significantly more as their business grows. Current agents average $300,000 in income annually with top producers well into the mid six figures.
