Masters Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field required; 15+ years experience in supplier performance/risk management. Strong track record of experience with benchmarking, business process management, process re-engineering, productivity/quality improvement, and program and project management required. Must be team-oriented, possess good listening skills, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, excellent planning and organization, and strong presentation skills. Candidate must be experienced working with numerous cross-functional disciplines such as technology, finance, audit, information security, compliance, risk management, and law. Strategic sourcing experience a plus. Preferred experience in Financial Services industry, including: supplier selection, due diligence, risk and compliance evaluation, governance definition, SLAs, ongoing monitoring, conflict resolution, and performance improvement. Candidate must be experienced and comfortable presenting to senior leadership across the corporation.
