eCommerce Product Merchandiser

Dooney & Bourke is seeking a detail oriented individual to manage the overall preparation of product introductions for the dooney.com website. This position is responsible for the management & success of the visual product presentation. It also includes managing the product photography database for distribution to other channels of the business. An attention to detail is required to ensure that product production specs are represented online enhancing the overall customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities included the following:

• Manage product samples for photography including retouching, resizing & distribution as needed.

• Ensure the visual presentation is in line with product production specs, including managing collection swatches, trims and other specifics related to the BOM.

• Based on product specs create product and swatch images for distribution on the website.

• Manage the preparation of product assets for external production related to rich media.

• Implement any external rich media for use on the website.

• Support in updating product images throughout the website.

The following experience & skills are required. Must be familiar with photography & product styling. Must be experienced with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, InDesign & Dreamweaver software. Must be experienced working with live site content, ftp, html, media directories, etc.
