Manager Training Program



Weigel's offers a 4-6 week Management Training Program for Managers. The Manager participates in a commission based program that has a weekly draw and a monthly commission that rewards high performers.

Candidates will become proficient in opening and closing store procedures, shift changes, daily bank deposits, ordering, scheduling, cash handling, loss prevention procedures, and maintaining proper store inventory levels; responsible for balancing, verifying, and maintaining store funds and keeping cash drawers low.

Weigel's is seeking candidates with a high level of integrity, customer service, and professionalism to work for a company with real opportunities for advancement.
