Telcom company seeks outside sales Manager to manage team of 10 Account Executives.



Sales Manager Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager is to oversee the sales process and the Account Executives engaged in that process on a day-to-day basis. These responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:


Supervision:

Responsible for understanding and obtaining all necessary permits in targeted areas.

Supervise Account Executive, Provide training and guidance on a daily basis

Provide coaching and corrective feedback

Oversee daily performance of Account Executives

Provide performance communication to the Market Sales Director as needed or requested

Assign targeted areas on a daily basis and ensure accountability and minimum performance

· Assist in the hiring process


Sales Calls:

Make sales calls on a daily basis along with Account Executives

Responsible for team success on meeting or exceeding daily and weekly sales goals


Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

Education: High School graduate; Associates or Bachelorʼs Degree.


Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to lead and motivate a team of 10 Account Executives

• Ability to communicate forecasted and actual results to the management team.

• Ability to hold associates accountable to minimum standards and company policies.

• Ability to coach and develop associates with little or no experience.

• Able to work in a results-oriented and high-pressure work environment.
