Position Description:
This position will lead a team responsible for providing access provisioning and end-user support for our world-class file transfer software. Responsible for daily management of production and problem management. Develop and maintain a customer experience strategy working with various functional groups in the organizations. Will require interaction with all levels of management throughout organization. This is a highly hands on position entailing administrative tasks, auditing, and monitoring efficiency.
Qualifications Qualifications:

3+ years experience creating and managing staff in a 24x7 service delivery environment

2+ years experience in change management, developing metrics, and other ITIL disciplines

2+ years experience with technical knowledge of file transfer solutions

Proficient with Ms Office, Visio, and Project

Strong hands-on background

Strong understanding of project management principles

Excellent written and oral communication

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language

Highly self-motivated and directed

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
