This position is responsible for production and analysis of financial reports, financial projects and settlements. Participates in development and maintenance of standard reporting requirements, gathers data for submission to various departments (Marketing; CPS, Medical Management, etc.); and monitors profit/loss, utilization statistics and expense trends for Health Alliance service area / product type. BS in Finance, Accounting or related financial/business emphasis. One year of progressive related experience. Must possess significant software skills, particularly with regard to MS-OFFICE applications, third-party reporting tools and other software applicable to the insurance/managed care industry. Must project a professional image while working across multiple business units in supporting the decision-making needs of the organization. Should have strong communication and customer service skills and respect for confidentiality. Must have ability to plan, prioritize, and complete tasks under significant time constraints with frequent interruptions.es.
