ITO Field Services Program Manager:

  • Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical solutions implementation for B&V client requests.
  • Responsibilities also include aiding in the negotiation of Aldea work request hours for implementation teams and ensuring that request meet contractual guidelines.
  • Help to develop new project methodology that will increase ITO performance and bring business value at a reduced cost to the client.
  • Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work to subordinates to project request from various business units.
  • Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
