COMPUTER/IT Deskside Support Technician Firm has immediate need for an EXPERIENCED SOFTWARE/HARDWARE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN for their Atlanta/Atlantic Station office. Must have experience troubleshooting current Microsoft operating systems as well as MS Office. Desktop support certifications a plus. Responsible for end user support of all firm software applications, desktops, laptops and printers. Experience with support of wireless connectivity and other mobile technologies required. Position requires a service-oriented individual with strong oral and written communication skills. Two-year degree or equivalent experience required. Certifications preferred.
