Territory Manager-Endoscopy-Mobile
Description
This individual will be fully responsible for sales functions in a pre-determined customer base. Develop and execute a territory business plan that is in alignment with the strategic priorities of Boston Scientific Endoscopy. Performance will be measured in four key areas of responsibility: Sales, Territory Management, Personal Development, and Business Management.
Develop and execute a territory Business Plan that will guide sales activities toward the achievement of the territory sales plan.
Convert competitive market share to Boston Scientific products by demonstrating the clinical advantage of the device versus current modalities. Current markets must be expanded to include new users of technology that previously chose alternative therapies.
Cultivate key account relationships. Develop and enhance these relationships through routine customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product inservices, procedural observation, and problem resolution. Relationships will be established with Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, Materials Management, Hospital Administration, and Infection Control.
Work closely with the Sales Management team in evaluating business conditions and sales trends.
Occasional weekend and evening trade show and/or meeting participation is a must.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ yr of successful sales and/or sales management experience
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Results-oriented team player
• Excels in fast-paced, competitive environment
• Must be able to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, determined and goal oriented
