New Grads are Encouraged to Apply!!!! QTI Professional Staffing of Milwaukee is a professional recruitment firm that specializes in contract and direct hire opportunities. Our client, a firm just west of Milwaukee, has several openings for a Temp-to-Hire Quality Lab Technician. Primary responsibilities of this position are to monitor and adjust the production process to ensure that customer product specficiations and company quality standards are met.

Main Duties Include: Monitor production process; accurately test raw materials and work-in process for adherence to customer specs. Test all final products with required tests, mix all appropriate reagents for use in testing. Organize and maintain paperwork and documentation. Calibrate and clean lab instruments and equuipment. Interface and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

These professional Temp-to-Hire openings are available 1st and 2nd shift, Monday-Friday. Some weekend work is required as well on a rotating schedule. If you are interested in applying, submit your resume and cover letter today to Gina Sweede at ginas@qstaff.com.

B.S/B.A. in Biology or Microbiology is preferred. Preferred candidates will have excellent communication skills and prior experience of 1-2 years working in a lab.
