Monitors client patient report transmissions. Responds to client problems and concerns relating to those patient reports using e3mail and client phone calls. Troubleshoots and resolves transmission problems with all client reporting devices. Good written and verbal communication skills with some Customer Service experience. Job Requirements : A High School Diploma or Associate degree with Windows PC experience. |
