Position Summary:

Position is responsible for supporting their assigned CRM, CRC and Liaisons with renewal changes impacting plan administration. Coordinating ID-card reprints due to plan changes. Coordinate PBM changes due to plan changes and changes in PBM’s. Following up with the CRM to ensure that renewals are processed timely.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Update the system with renewal information on assigned groups within dated timeframes
  • Verify and perform quality assurance checks of data entry regarding group specifications
  • Complete and send vendor notifications providing information on changes and verifying that changes are completed
  • Coordinate and QA ID card printing – including calling telephone numbers on the card to verify their accuracy
  • Enter retail flex renewals and new groups into the CDHP platform
  • Participate in identifying and implementing enhancements to the workflow process
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned by management

Reporting Relationships:

  • Reports to the Director of Implementation
  • Coordinates with their assigned Client Relation Manager on Renewal Business
  • Communicates and coordinates changes with Eligibility, Plan Doc writers, Plan Load, Claims, Service Center, PPO Department and other impacted operations area as needed

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Prior Claims, Eligibility, Account Services or Customer Service experience on self funded plans, including vendor relationships within a TPA environment
  • Organized; able to establish, meet and exceed time-dated and quality objectives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
  • PC skills, including Word, Excel and internet experience
  • Positive, proactive customer service skills

Beneficial Skills and Experience:

  • Prior self funded claims processing or claims customer service experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal direction and changing priorities
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and plan administration
