YMCA School Age Child Care Lead and Assistant Teachers needed for 2009-2010 School Year.

Before and after school care in area school.

Want to make a difference in the lives of children?
Become a teacher at the YMCA School Age Child Care Program.

Part time positions are 15-20 hours per week, 2-5 days per week, Monday-Friday.

After school staff must be available until 6:00pm.

$8.00-$10.00 plus benefits for those who are eligible.

Provide primary care to children ages 5-12 years old. Monitoring attendance, projects, organize activities, provide snacks. Provide communication between the YMCA, the families, and the children. All centers are state licensed. Madison sites are city accredited.

Teachers must be at least 18 years old, energetic, reliable and love working with children. Experience and education preferred. Lead teachers must have 80 hours of child development education or related course work.
