If this sounds like you, check out Spectra Logic’s Product Manager Position. This position is responsible for managing and growing Spectra Logic’s SMB library and media business. Must possess a unique blend of marketing and technical savvy, big picture vision, and drive to make that vision a reality. You need to have the ability to understand customers and channels and enjoy positioning innovative solutions in the broader market. Internally, you will be the customer advocate to increase the value and profit of your products. Externally, you will be the product evangelist working directly with sales, channels, industry analysts and customers to create and drive programs for business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
• Determine customer requirements via market research and interaction with customers & channels.
• Coordinate execution of joint business planning with key technology partners.
• Competitive analysis and positioning of alternative solutions.
• Develop and execute marketing & business development programs to drive revenue and profit.
• Develop sales collateral and tools.
• Develop and deliver of sales and channel training.
• Define product structure, pricing and forecasts.

• 3+ years of marketing or sales experience with proven results in the storage industry.
• Ability to make decisions and produce results in a dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional teamwork & program management skills.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Customer orientation and passion.
• BS or equivalent in science or technical field.
• MBA strongly desired.
• 20% travel required.

Compensation:
Salary to be set based on experience.

Work Location:
You will work at our headquarters location at 1700 N. 55th Street, Boulder, Colorado. Candidates local to the Denver-Boulder area only please.
