The LVN/RN performs as a licensed caregiver in a skilled nursing facility and assumes responsibility and accountability for assigned residents. Nursing care is provided through coordination, implementation and evaluation of the plan of care. Current LVN/RN license eligible to practice in the state of Texas Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
