Assistant Nurse Manager

Currently seeking a leader who is currently serving in a charge nurse or assistant nurse manager role. This person has the opportunity to apply for one of three assistant nurse manager positions at Missouri Baptist. Our Assistant Nurse Managers;

  • Support the nursing staff as a resource nurse
  • Assure proper staffing and patient assignment
  • Retain, recruit and hire staff through a close relationship with Human Resources
  • Act as a patient and nurse advocate
  • Drive patient and employee satisfaction strategies

We are seeking a leader who is looking for career advancement and development in management.

Requirements

  • Exceptional positive communication and critical thinking skills is a must
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Must be a Registered Nurse
  • Current or recent bedside hospital nursing preferred
