Job Description:
This position in the cash management department is very crucial in the cycle of generating cash for Raytheon Company. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Customer invoicing of various types of government, commercial and foreign contracts.
- Provide accurate unbilled analysis for all contracts responsible
- Review new contract input and modifications for accurate billings
- Analysis of cost incurred in SAP project module and reconciliation of any variance with the SD module. (Billing)
- Work with Program Office to resolve issues, period of performance, cost in excess, billing code problems, etc.
- Meet with Data Integrity Group and Contracts Department to resolve funding issues.
- Work with accounts receivable department to resolve, over/underpayments and liquidation variances.
- Participate in Six Sigma Specialist Projects to effect process improvement
- Under FAR regulations as they apply to Government Financing
- Willingness to travel and participate in ad hoc projects.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with current financial software tools and understanding of related applications.
- 2+ years of professional experience in a related role.
- Associates degree from an accredited college/university.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Experience with Access database software
- Knowledge of FAR/DFAR
