Hope services are available in Lee, Hendry, Glades, Collier, Charlotte, Highlands, Hardee and Polk counties in Florida .

Hope HealthCare Services is a patient and family support service that keeps the patient comfortable, teaches the family to provide care, and offers emotional, spiritual support.

Hospice Physician – Opportunities for Full-Time and As-Needed schedules

· Physicians needed in all service areas.

· Responsibilities include overseeing care and treatment rendered by care teams, in addition to providing direct patient care in patient homes, facilities and hospitals

· Collaborate as part of Interdisciplinary Team

· Must possess a valid Florida Medical License, and a valid Florida Drivers License

· M.D. or D.O. from an Accredited Medical School

· Travel is required
