Physical Therapist Assistant



Signature HealthCARE LLC of East Louisville is interviewing for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant due to an internal transfer. Located on Six Mile Lane, our 138 bed long-term care facility is noted for Advanced Diabetes Care, inpatient and outpatient rehab, in-house dialysis, wound care, as well as 24-hour skilled nursing care for recently hospitalized and chronically ill residents. Signature HealthCARE of East Louisville has an on-site nurse practitioner and offers physical therapy, speech pathology, occupational therapy, and advanced wound care techniques. In addition, the facility chaplain provides counseling and spiritual guidance for residents, their families and staff.
