Salt Lake at 1911 North 2200 West and we take the INBOUND customer service calls for a leading wireless provider!

Our Requirements

· At least 18 years of age with High School Diploma or GED

· Must have computer navigational skills

· Must type 25+ wpm

· Must be able to work both weekend days (Saturday & Sunday) during training

· Must be able to work any shift during our hours of operation after training. (Hours of operation are 5:00am – 12:00am (midnight) Monday – Sunday).

· Must be fluent in English and Spanish and be able to communicate with customers in a clear and understandable manner.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

*Using a computerized system respond to customers inquiries in a call center environment.

*Respond to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.

*Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.

*Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.

*Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.

*Provides functional guidance, training and assistance to lower level staff.

*Provides assistance, training and troubleshooting support to lower level staff.

*Schedules work to ensures accurate phone coverage; monitors priority of calls and shifts escalated calls to assure resolution to problems.

*Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input.

*Assists in planning and implementing department goals and makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

*All other duties as assigned.
