DIRECTOR OF e-COMMERCE: Technical Works Inc

Technical Works Inc, a premier provider for staffing services in Colorado has an immediate opportunity for a DIRECTOR OF e-COMMERCE for our client who is an innovative company in Boulder. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee their e-commerce initiatives including online marketing, customer experience and site strategy. Qualified candidates MUST be able to speak to their experience in growing a website which contains and sells hundreds to thousands of products. The ideal candidate will bring a broad knowledge of on-line customer acquisition methods, including email campaign management, SEO, paid search campaigns, affiliate network management and other emerging technologies. This individual must be familiar with developing multi-channel marketing programs, marketing and monetization strategies, and building marketing plans. Job responsibilities include strategy, design, development, implementation, ongoing management of online marketing programs and ensuring effective management of their team. A Bachelors degree and/or Masters Degree in Business, Marketing or IT and at least 8 years of proven experience in managing websites is REQUIRED. Successful candidates should not only enjoy and be proficient working in a technical environment; they should have the ability to work effectively with a team in a leadership position.
