Telesales Representative (Inside Sales)

Position Description

Interviews/Class will begin in 1st Quarter 2010


Do you have the people skills and drive to conduct inbound telesales of wireless products and services? Our Inside Sales Reps develop revenue by managing incoming calls, adding subscribers and selling value added features. Working, with your team, in a fast-paced environment, we expect you to sell to the customer's needs, focusing on rate plan options, features and accessories. No cold calling, all sales are generated through direct marketing mailers, media, etc... Positions are full-time and candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, pass a background check and drug screen. We provide a thorough training program covering our products, computer systems, and consultative selling techniques. Position Qualifications

Two years sales experience a must, wireless industry experience is a plus. Basic PC, Windows, e-mail and good typing skills are necessary to perform daily work functions. Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal required. Multi-tasking ability helpful. Applicant must be able to work independently and as a team member. Flexibility in work schedule required. Fast paced environment-must be able to work efficiently through change.
