You will be trained to:
§ Represent business owners effectively
§ Maintain confidentiality
§ Receive, organize and package information about businesses ready
to market
§ Engage in meaningful and successful business brokering activities
§ Develop a top rate marketing document to present to qualified buyers
§ Assist business owners to prepare their business to “go to market”
§ Manage buyer’s offer to purchase and related negotiations
§ Represent business owners and manage the entire marketing and selling process
