Residential Insurance Inspector

THE JOB

Partnering with US-Reports, Inc. as a Residential Insurance Inspector, you can put your written and verbal skills, self-motivation, computer skills and experience to use by:

- Completing on site, physical inspections of residential homes/properties for insurance underwriting purposes

- Taking photographs, completing an inspection report, diagram and ITV

THE EXPERIENCE

Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:

- 1-2 Years minimum experience completing residential inspections for insurance carriers

- Experience completing High Value (HV) residential inspections

- Experience collecting data to complete insurance to value (ITV) replacement cost calculations
