Job Description:
In this role, the candidate will be preparing consolidated tax return, preparing partnership returns, assisting with quarterly tax calculations, as well as analyzing M&A activities.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 5+ years of experience in federal corporate returns. A CPA or Master's degree in Tax is preferred. Big 4 or large industry experience is preferred.
