Executive Driver: Mayo Consulting Group,Inc

˜ Provide support to the agency security officer by acting as an executive driver for the senior executive staff.

˜ Responsible for advising senior staff on driving and crowd conditions that could affect their safety and security.

˜ Responsible for ensuring the senior staff reaches all designated locations.

˜ Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle. Maintenance means ensuring that the vehicle makes all maintenance appointments and meets all registration requirements.

˜ When not driving for the senior staff this position will work under the direction of the agency security officer to ensure the safety and security of agency personnel.

˜ Assist in the development and maintenance of the agency physical security program, including specific procedures for key and lock control, visitor and access control, operation of electronic security equipment, emergency procedures, and crime prevention.

˜ Perform other duties as necessary as a member of the agency team.

General Requirements:

˜ This position requires staff to be on-site from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday. There will be occasional required pre-arranged overtime.

˜ Successfully pass a NACI (National Agency Check and Inquiries) background investigation prior to issuance of an access credential.

˜ Must abide by all rules and regulations of the agency to retain the credential.

˜ Must maintain credentials and certifications of having taken and passed anti-terrorist driver training from BSR or a similarly accredited source.

˜ Must have valid Chauffeur License, completed a certified Defensive Driving Course within last 7 years and have at least 3 years Executive Driving experience. Military or Law Enforcement experience preferred. All certifications must be kept up to date at the expense of the contractor.

˜ Must dress in a professional manner including dress pants, collared shirt, tie and jacket.

˜ Must be proficient in the English language both written and orally.

˜ Must be proficient in use of all badge equipment, electronic key-code systems and Microsoft Office products including MSOutlook.

˜ Chosen candidate will be required to sign a non-disclosure statement prior to beginning any work.
