HERE'S THE OPPORTUNITY...

  • Become a part of the management team! You are now responsible for day-to-day financial results and are eligible for a management bonus.
HERE'S WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR..
  • A hands-on restaurant operator with demonstrated ability to maintain day-to-day financial controls. Experienced in food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management. Able to oversee health and safety inspections, and security audits. Assists in motivating and directing crew training, and managing team relations.
Minimum hiring qualifications* include, but not limited to:
  • Have 1-2 years management experience in food &/or retail industries
  • Able to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts and weekends
  • Have a valid drivers license in good standing and reliable transportation
  • Have no prior criminal convictions
  • Have high school diploma or GED
  • Have basic business math and accounting skills
  • Strong customer service skills
*must meet all qualifications to be considered for employment


REQUIREMENTS
  • Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensures products are consistent with company quality standards.
  • Ensures Occupational Safety & Health Act,local health and safety codes,and company safety and security policy are met.
  • Follows cash control/security procedures and maintains inventory
  • Assists Restaurant Manager in recruiting, interviewing,and hiring team members; takes disciplinary action, motivates and trains staff
  • Ensures company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained by using a preventative maintenance program
  • Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
  • Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing plans
