IntelliDyne-LLC is pleased to announce that we are seeking dynamic, experienced CHCS Systems Engineer for our ATIC operations in Falls Church , VA.

Mission Statement for Position

The Composite Health Care Systems (CHCS) Engineer reports to the ATIC Operations and Technology Manager and provides detailed reports on the status of all events, tasks and projects, both upcoming and present. The candidate’s primary responsibility will be to provide support on CHCS and AHLTA services to ATIC customers. Additionally the candidate will work in the areas of network engineering, systems (Windows, Unix) engineering, and facilities engineering.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities and support of CHCS and AHLTA at the Advance Technology Integration Center, and work to ensure full life cycle management of all Joint Medical Information Systems (JMIS) supported systems including AHLTA, CHCS, CACHE (EWSR), DBSS, CCE, TOL, PSR, DEERS, PCMBN, CCQAS, NMIS, 3PC
• Provide support for MSA1000 storage & Alpha Servers DS10s and GS140s.
• Support all CHCS modules to include but not limited to: MEPRS (Medical Expense Performance Reporting System), Common Files, WAM (Workload Assignment Module), RAD, LAB, Pharmacy, MRT (Medical Records Tracking), and provides Data Quality initiatives. Validates, updates, cleanup, maintain and resolve issues within CHCS and AHLTA Scope.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN network communications, operations, hardware and application software.
• Load new software releases and maintenance updates at the ATIC.
• Other duties include creating accounts, managing security keys and issues, building and assigning customized menus, and producing Ad Hoc reports using the FileMan application as required by the customers and functional staff
• Interact with customer to receive priorities, and then manages workflow to accomplish mission.

QUALIFICATIONS

A. Education

A Bachelor’s degree.

B. Experience

2-6 years of direct related experience supporting CHCS and AHLTA. Experience shall include a range of assignments in technical tasks directly related to the proposed area of responsibility. Possess knowledge of the underlying framework of CHCS and AHLTA, not just the user interface. Should be able to handle unusual and seldom occurring job events with minimal supervision.

1-2 years of experience in network devices (primarily Cisco) and server operating systems (primarily Windows 2000, 2003)
