Patient Account Representative (Bilingual)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Patient Account Representatives work in an office following-up with uninsured patients by telephone on their public assistance (Medicaid/charity) cases. We work as a liaison between the patients and state/Federal agencies to secure medical assistance program eligibility. Ohter duties will be assigned by management. The schedule is first-shift Monday through Friday.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Understanding of the Medicaid application process is helpful
• Social service experience is a plus
• Bilingual skills are preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Call center experience is helpful
• Must have strong customer service skills
