GOLF is looking for strong individuals to join our Rapidly Growing Loan Servicing Team. If you have a background in the auto industry and have a passion for customer service and collections, then get your career moving with us!

YOU’RE ROLE:

COLLECTIONS

· Initiate contact on assigned delinquent accounts

· Resolve delinquent status by securing acceptable repayment arrangements; offer suggestions on how to meet financial obligations and determining a plan for resolution

· Field-chasing any accounts needing personal contact when necessary

· Meet and/or Exceed monthly collection goals

· Flexibility required (must be willing to work over 40 hours, nights and weekends when needed)

CUSTOMER SERVICE

· Handle incoming calls and customer call backs pertaining to Customer service requests and issues

· Make outbound calls to customers regarding payments, customer information updates, and other customer service related issues.

· Process requests for payoff (taking calls, sending letters, updating account notes)

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

· Auto Industry Background and Experience; At least 1 year auto collection experience

· High School diploma or GED equivalent

· Effective communication and negotiation skills

· Exceptional problem solving and persuasive skills

· Proficient computer skills

· Motivated and Detail Oriented

· Bilingual – Spanish skills helpful (not required)
