Job Describtion:
The loan officer is the core of the INPHAM FINANCIAL sales team. They offer superior, individualized service to customers throughout the loan process. Our comprehensive line of loan programs enables our loan officers to provide mortgage solutions to a full spectrum of clients.

Job Requirements:

  • STRONG CLOSING ABILITY A MUST
  • 2 years of mortgage or Financial Services sales experience
  • 4 year College degree (no exceptions)
  • Computer skills, including Calyx Point, Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
  • Professional, aggressive, sales-oriented individual
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Persistent and persuasive in business relations
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Must have a good background and driving record
  • Able to work in a high stress environment
  • Comfortable with numbers and financial calculations
  • Loan product knowledge
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills
