Cyber Security

Specific Responsibilities:

OVERALL

Participate in determining the appropriate marketing direction for Crucial Security products and services serving Federal Law Enforcement, Intelligence, Federal Civilian, and Commercial (legal) markets
Reports to Director of Business Development

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Responsibility for Federal market sector (Intelligence) with business development planning, management, and interdepartmental collaboration
Support 5 Functional Department Directors and multiple Program Managers (Line Staff):
Know the capabilities of their department
Know their business development focus from both service offerings and targets
Recommend stretch opportunities
Rely on them/their team for sales engineer support
Seeks new opportunities and develops prospect lists within the sector
Responsible for market sector intelligence – knowing the customers, their needs, their current contractors, and opportunities
Support Program Managers to cultivate large farming opportunities for customers they already support
Update call plan weekly based on activity

PROPOSALS

Manages capture process for each corporate opportunity
Functions as sales lead for some opportunities

Required Qualifications:

10+ years experience selling solutions to Federal Government or working for a government contractor, an
Bachelors degree required and an in-progress or completed MBA is desired
Track record of exceeding expectations and sales targets
Developed successful strategic marketing communications plans including public relations, and integrated campaigns
5+ years successful major account executive (MAE) experience
Consultative sales experience


This position requires the candidate to already possess an active Top Secret clearance and to maintain the clearance.
