This position will work out of United Wholesale Mortgage, the wholesale division of Shore Mortgage. The main office is located in Birmingham, Michigan.
THIS IS AN INSIDE SALES POSITION LOCATED IN MICHIGAN. WE ARE NOT SEEKING REPS LOCATED IN OTHER TERRITORIES - OUR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES SERVICE OUR NATIONAL ACCOUNTS FROM OUR MICHIGAN LOCATION ONLY. NEED ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE PLANS TO RELOCATE TO MICHIGAN OR ARE ALREADY LOCAL.
Job Summary:
Wholesale Account Executives are responsible for selecting, calling on and developing relationships with mortgage brokers, and maintaining correspondents within a specified territory in order to maximize sales volume.
Our goal is to provide all clients, internal and external, the best service in the industry as economically as possible. Our sales team can only achieve this goal through leadership by example, possessing and constantly demonstrating positive attitudes, possessing superior program knowledge and being effective communicators.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide world class services to all internal and external clients - we ARE speed & service operation --- can close an FHA loan in 7 days!
  • Have the ability to obtain and develop productive relationships with Brokers on a national level
  • Achieve superior sales and marketing performance by creating value in our products and services
  • Ability to work within a structured sales environment
  • Attend conventions and meetings as required
Job Qualifications:
  • High School graduate, College preferred, but not necessary.
  • Minimum 2 year mortgage sales experience as Account Executive highly preferred
  • 5 + years as a Retail Loan Officer
