Responsible for the daily operation of the Branch Office.



Responsible for the daily operation of the Branch Office. Makes recommendations and assists Management as appropriate. Works to improve both service to members and efficiency of the branch.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

1. Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field or equivalent combination of working experience/training.

2. A minimum of three (3) year experience in a financial institution at the Management/Supervisory level in Operations (or successful completion of Branch Manager Trainee Program).

3. Above average level of familiarity with cash and consumer credit granting policies.

4. Experience in detailed research/troubleshooting

5. Proven professional written and oral communication skills.

6. Previous experience interpreting policies/procedures and laws/regulations and communicating information in a clear and easy to understand manner to others.

7. Proven ability to analyze statistical information and forecast volume levels.

8. Possess and exhibit stability, professionalism, sound judgment and integrity.

9. Possesses a professional demeanor and image.

10. Working knowledge of PC software packages.

11. Demonstrated good judgment on the job and a consistent positive attitude.

12. Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead people and get results through others.

13. Must be flexible with schedules of all LFCU branch openings/closings.

14. Proven dedication to providing World Class member/customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:

1. Financial institution experience, preferably in a credit union.
