Business Solutions Rep - Greenwood, SC  Job Description: The focus of a Business Solutions Representative is to provide the highest quality of communication services to new and existing wireless business customers. Responsibilities include promoting application based solutions, daily prospecting to maintain a robust sales pipeline and sustain balanced sales productivity, writing proposals, presenting proposals to customers, meeting monthly sales quotas, attending required training, providing consultative customer service and completing necessary business processes to ensure accurate service activation and billing. Minimum Requirements: Strong selling skills, the ability to recommend solutions to meet specific customer needs, strong communication and prospecting skills, aptitude to learn communications products and services, ability to work independently without close supervision, self-motivation to achieve targeted goals, good decision-making skills, ability to provide high level of customer service to customers and the ability to accommodate flexible working hours. Must have a valid driver s license. Continued employment for this position is contingent upon successful completion of the Alltel training process, which includes the New Hire Training Assessment. Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent (bachelor s degree desired) and 1-2 years sales experience. Desired Qualifications: Business-to-Business sales experience; 1+ years of direct sales experience in telecommunications industry or 1-3 years experience selling voice data or communications equipment. Territory also includes Laurens County. Internal candidate preferred.
