Restaurant General Manager are # 1. You will play the key role in the operation of our restaurants.



Weaver Enterprises has been a KFC franchisee for over 45 years. We operate 26 KFC, Taco Bell & LJS restaurants in Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin.

Responsibilities include:

  • Effectively and efficiently manage a Kentucky Fried Chicken/ Long John Silvers restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company to ensure customer satisfactions and profit maximzation.
  • Ensures OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met.
  • Controls profit & loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
  • Recruits, interviews, and hires team members, conducts performance appraisals, takes discipline action, motivates and trains
  • Ensures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance program
  • Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
  • Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs
  • Ensures a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of team.

Requirements Include:

  • Good oral and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
  • High School or higher degree
  • 1 year minimum supervisory experience in either a food service or retail enviroment, including Profit & Loss responsibilty.
