Job Description

Manage staff responsible for Financial Planning, assign personnel to various projects and directs activities

•Evaluate investment requests with (NPV, IRR)

•Monitor investment requests and approval processes

•Compile capital budget plans

•Plan asset acquisitions and depreciation/amortization

•Prepare documentation for investment committees

•Monitor project progress and costs

•Analyze budget variances, identify adverse developments and initiate counter measures

•Provide support in month-end closing

•Participate in projects, especially projects for reporting improvements

Job Requirements

Specialized skills, knowledge or certifications unique to this role:

•Several years of work experience in Controlling

•Customer service orientation

•Analytical, mathematical and problem resolution skills

•Team and communication skills

•Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Desired:

•Ideal: knowledge of processes and structures of Volkswagen Group

•Good knowledge of SAP R/3 (FI/CO)

•German language is an advantage

Work flexibility (travel requirements, work schedule, etc.): •Role requires up to 25% travel (across the Region and to Global Headquarters)

•Day to Day working relationship with the VWGoA controlling community. •Day to Day working relationship with key Volkswagen business units.
