L-3 Communications/D.P. Associates Inc. is seeking an Instructional Systems Developer or Quality Assurance Representative to join the F18 project team. The candidate must be able to apply ISD principle in the development of aviation maintenance group-paced computer aided instruction.

DUTIES:

- Oversee the development of group-paced computer aided instruction.

- Review script storyboards and onscreen lessons.

- Enforce established styles and conventions.

- Verify instructional integrity.

- Create test items.

- Edit lesson plans, student guides, tests, and other instructional materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

SPECIAL SKILLS: Military experience a plus.
Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM) II experience a plus


EDUCATION: MA/BA in education or instructional technology


EXPERIENCE: MA with 2 years experience on major CBT project.

BA with 5 years experience on major CBT project.
