Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervising a staff of claims processors Monitoring inventories, facilitating meetings and managing staff performance
- Assisting in claims issue resolution Handling any HR/disciplinary issues that arise
- Reviewing claims inventory, dealing with call-ins and vacations, and ensuring that staff members are allocated properly
- Attending meetings related to enrollee service, one-on-ones with staff, and performance management

Qualifications Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years PC skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required; Access is preferred
- 1-3 years experience in a claims supervisory or manager role required including experience with claim forecasting, staffing and scheduling
- 1-3 years experience in a production environment; goal setting and process improvement experience required
- Ability to give presentations is a plus
- Insurance claims experience is a plus
