Job Summary

Registered Nurse Neurosurgery Intensive Care Unit

Requires graduation from a state-accredited school of professional nursing and one year of nursing experience. Must be licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the State of North Carolina by the NC Board of Nursing.

Neurosurgery ICU Expanding early 2010

We are currently an 8-bed Level One trauma unit dedicated to the care of neurosurgical patients. We are looking forward to expanding to 16 beds in Febuary of 2010. The NSICU’s team of neurosurgeons works closely with the nursing staff to provide the most compassionate and comprehensive care to our patients.


Due to our expansion, we are looking for experienced RNs to join our healthcare team devoted to customer service, patient care and research. Come work with some of the very best surgeons and amazing staff of nurses providing compassionate and comprehensive care.


NSICU strengths: Ours is a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care, with talented surgeons, a challenging work environment that promotes critical thinking, and unlimited learning potential.
