The Director, Wellness Operations will have the responsibility for the management of the overall operations of the Demand Management and Engagement Specialist Teams. Determine performance objectives/metrics and tools to measure progress and ensure consistent achievement of business objectives.
This individual will ensure that Wellness has efficient processes, technology and staff in place to service all customers. The Director will lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate department personnel in a manner which consistently results in attainment of departmental and overall organizational goals and objectives. Ensure that the operation meets performance objectives and provides excellent service for all Wellness customers by having regularly monitoring quality audits and satisfaction metrics.
The Director, Wellness Operations will be responsible for the written documents and procedures needed to establish and maintain sufficient, necessary control and direction over the Demand Management and Engagement Specialist processes of Wellness Operations
- Lead the Engagement Specialist teams to deliver high quality enrollments and scheduling support to the coaching staff
- Lead closed loop demand management analysis and planning to determine productivity of the organization and adjust the identification sources to meet client commitments
- Lead internal operations planning for accurate prediction of ability to meet customer commitments
- Establish long-term enrollment projections and ensure the identification sources are managed properly to meet the goals
- Act as primary liaison to Client Implementations for distribution of work
- Lead the development of business processes, tools and measures to manage the Demand Management Team
- Establish and manage operations responsibilities for meeting Performance Guarantees
- Develop and implement operational reporting requirements. Complete on-going report generation as needed
- Manage Demand Management and Engagement Specialist issues through to resolution
- Provide data and process analysis support to critical projects
- Lead and manage specific projects as assigned

Essential Job Qualifications:
- BS/BA in business, leadership or health promotion
- 10+ years of management experience and leading staff
- 3+ years implementing and/or leading inbound and outbound call centers
- Ability to perform and drive complex scenario-driven analyses using Excel, Access and other analytical tools
- Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to drive change and influence individuals at all levels of the organization and to take appropriate risks
- Strong, independent decision-making ability
- Proven success in business planning and implementation
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Planning and Organizing: Ability to efficiently allocate own and assigned resources' time to meet individual, team and organizational goals
- Ability to convey thoughts (orally and written) in a clear, concise, and timely manner appropriate for the audience
