    Partner with Merchandising to determine product placement on the floor, supporting key item initiatives, real estate allocation and styling
Influence product mix, capacities, and SKU counts
Create floorsets direction for 153 company-owned stores
Partner with Planning & Allocation to ensure stock levels and capacities support merchandising direction
Partner with Marketing to formulate strategy for seasonal presentations to support key business initiatives
Create weekly visual directives and seasonal window execution directives
Able to lead creative teams, partnering with various levels of management and teams
Highly organized, able to meet deadlines and prioritize timelines
Partner with Regional Visual Training Managers to ensure corporate direction is communicated and properly executed in field
Obtain feedback from cross functional business partners to improve direction /execution
Develop and supervise Visual Presentation Planner
