Join our Dedicated Flex Fleet in this unique, exciting yet challenging position which serves a wide variety of our Dedicated customers. Our Dedicated Flex drivers not only provide surge support and vacation coverage, they also assist with new business start ups for our dedicated division. If you enjoy making a great first impression as well as creating a new and exciting solution, the Dedicated Flex Fleet is the opportunity for you! The Dedicated Flex Fleet is also involved in testing new technologies and providing feedback from a Dedicated driver point of view.

  • Hiring area: Must live within 50 miles of Sturtevant, WI
  • Travel area: All 48 states and Canada
  • Typical time at home - Out 2 weeks home 2 days. This could vary depending which account you are working on and business needs
  • Multi-stop (1-5) full driver hand unloads with the assistance of roller sections that hook into stretch rollers at the customer
  • Average annual earnings - $42,900 to $50,700 based on experience + performance bonus

Qualifications
  • Valid Class A CDL in state of residence
  • Mimimum of 12 months of OTR experience
  • Hazmat endorsement required and TWIC card and Passport (or FAST card) are desired
  • Strong backing skills a plus
  • Good customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile
