New York City Owner requires an ‘Office Portfolio Manager’ for a portfolio of four A and B buildings in Manhattan and one class-A office building on Long Island.

Candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of these five buildings ranging in size from 80,000 sq. ft to 200,000 sq. ft.

· Must have at least 5 years experience in commercial property management including running a portfolio of buildings

· Experience with tenant interior and capital improvement construction

· Able to develop marketing programs for buildings from development and execution of strategy

· Successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
