The AT&T Mobility Sales Manager is responsible for interfacing with current base of Alliance Partners to promote the sales of our AT&T mobility services through the development & proactively recruiting new Alliance Partners to sell our services. The position works closely with agents to successfully identify AT&T Mobility applications and sell new customer opportunities through our Alliance Partners. The position is responsible for the development and management of day to day support and sales funnel management of AT&T Mobility sales opportunities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Manages and grows existing partner relationships to drive incremental revenue 2. Prospects and develops new potential partners by researching and identifying new prospects, following up on leads and qualifying new accounts and working with the Telegration, Inc. Alliance Partner team on specific Alliance Partner sales opportunities 3. Maintains current and accurate information regarding all leads, contacts, partners and prospective partners and customers in CRM 4. Delivers sales presentations to executive levels of organizations and assists in the preparation of formal proposals and responses on ways to utilize mobility services. 5. Leads negotiations, coordinates complex decision-making process and strategies to overcome objections to closure. Manages the partner contract and training requirements 6. Manage interactions & order fulfillment throughout full sales cycle 7. Builds strong client relationships and ensures smooth hand-off to support 8. Participates in marketing program planning, development, execution and measurement to ensure that programs succeed according to plan 9. Monitors customer satisfaction and escalates issues of dissatisfaction for quick resolution 10. Set priorities and schedules to meet established goals; meets commitments consistently 11. Perform other duties as assigned by management EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Education: BA/BS degree; Experience: 5-10 years professional selling experience in wireless service industry with a proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas. Experience with developing partner networks and a track record of successful year over year revenue growth through the channels KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS · Outstanding presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills
· Self driven, motivated and results oriented. Must possess superior interpersonal and email communications skills and computer skills necessary to develop professional proposals via Visio, Excel and Provider’s Sales Portals
