JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with Studio Manager to achieve financial objectives
• Manage and develop a team of associates
• Ensure quality products are delivered to every customer
• Coach exceptional photography techniques
• Handle opening and closing procedures
• Manage a posted schedule based on business needs
• Develop and deliver training programs to associates
• Handle employee relations and customer issues
• Maintains a staff through recruiting, orientation, and training of associates
• Ensure that exceptional customer service is delivered
• Enforce company opreating policies and procedures
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years of management experience in the service industry (i.e. retail, tourism, hospitality, restaurants)
• Proven ability to generate sales
• Able to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the business
• Strong and effective leadership skills
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Able to demonstrate composure under pressure in a fast paced environment
• High energy and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Works well with children and adults
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
